2009 Centennial Conference Softball Championships
Heavy rain showers rolled across the Ursinus College campus on Sunday morning, creating poor field conditions on Eleanor Snell Frost Field and the remainder of the 2009 Centennial Conference Softball Championship tournament was cancelled.

According to the Centennial by-laws, the highest-remaining seed receives the automatic qualifier to the upcoming NCAA Division III Championships.

At the beginning of play on Sunday morning, Muhlenberg was the highest remaining seed (top-seed Ursinus was eliminated on Saturday) and was awarded the championship trophy, accompanied by the automatic qualifier.
