Assistant Director of UCARE

Ursinus College seeks a dynamic individual to be the Assistant Director of UCARE – the Ursinus Center for Advocacy, Responsibility, and Engagement. Responsibilities will include helping to arrange and coordinate service and civic engagement opportunities, updating the UCARE website with service opportunities and events, designing and sending out our weekly newsletter to campus, and recruiting students to participate in UCARE events. In general, this individual will help to promote a greater culture of civic engagement on campus.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior leadership experience in service/civic engagement activities a must. Start Date: July 1, 2010.
