Athletics

Ursinus College Athletics offers 24 varsity sports that compete at the Division III Level. Teams compete in the Centennial Conference, one of the strongest conferences in all of Division III. Recently, the field hockey team won the NCAA National Championship in 2006, while the men's basketball team advanced to the NCAA championship round in 2008.

Titles have not been limited to the NCAA, as the gymnastics team captured the ECAC Championship in 2008, while crowning an individual national champion in 2008. Teams enjoy state-of-the-art facilities, including an Astroturf facility and a fitness center.
Success not only occurs on the field, but in the classroom as Ursinus places athletes on the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll. The honor includes student athletes who have a GPA of 3.4 of higher.
