Where do i go when i arrive on campus?

Wismer Center - Bears' Den (Formerly Wismer Parents' Lounge)
Upon your arrival to campus, please pick up your registration packets and schedules. Registration will be held in the Bears' Den in Wismer Center, located at the center of campus behind Olin Hall (see map). There is parking behind Wismer Center. 

Hours for Registration: 
                                 Thursday, April 24:  8:00 am – 6:00 pm
                                 Friday, April 25:  8:00 am - 6:00 pm
                                 Saturday, April 26: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Registration for all events during the Weekend must be made by registering online or completing the printed registration form and returning it to the Office of Alumni Relations no later than April 14, 2014 at 12:00 PM EST. No reservations will be accepted online after the deadline. We will do our best to accommodate any walk-in registrations on-site during the Weekend. 

What is the dress code for the weekend? 

Dress is casual for the majority of Alumni Weekend programs. The Jazz Supper Club and Reunion Dinners are business casual.  


What will the weather be like?

Collegeville in late April can be crisp and clear or rainy and cold.  When packing, keep in mind that during the day it could get as high as the low 70s, but at night could get as low as mid 40s. 

What meals are available?

Alumni will have the opportunity to dine with students in Wismer Dining Hall for breakfast and lunch throughout the Weekend. Dinner will be included in signature events, such as the Lobster Bake and Reunion Dinners.  For more details on dining options, consult the Alumni Weekend Schedule of Events here. 



All buildings used for Alumni Weekend & Reunions are handicapped accessible. Golf carts will also be available for your use. Please indicate your needs on the Registration Form. This includes dietary needs for all meals. The Friday evening Lobster Bake does include non-shellfish alternatives, such as chicken, soup and salad.


Will campus tours be available? 

Of course! Take time to get reaquainted with Ursinus' campus during your visit.  Walking and golf cart tours depart at 11:00 am and 1:00 pm on Thursday and Saturday, and at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm on Friday. The tours will depart from Corson with an Admissions Tour Guide. If you are interested, please tell an Alumni Weekend Staff member when you register. 

To schedule a campus tour and interview for your family member who is considering attending Ursinus, please call the Office of Admission at 610-409-3200.  Don’t forget to mention that you are an alumnus or alumna!  Legacy tours will be offered 9:00 am-4:00 pm on Friday and 9:00 am-1:00 pm Saturday by appointment only.  Pre-scheduled Admission tours will depart from the Office of Admission in Corson Hall.

How do i get to Campus? Where do i park? 

Guests must arrange transportation to and from campus throughout the weekend.  All Ursinus parking lots from both the 5th Avenue and 9th Avenue entrances are available for alumni use. To view a campus map, click here


How are credit cards processed? Is it secure?

All credit cards will be processed through IATS, a reputable company specializing in online credit card transactions. If you register online, the Ursinus College Office of Alumni Relations will NOT have access to your credit card.  All processing will go through the highly secure IATS system.

What if I need a refund?

Cancellations will be accepted with full refund until Monday, April 21, 2014. You must contact the Office of Alumni Relations at 610-409-3585 to cancel and request a refund. If you registered online using a credit card, the Ursinus College Office of Alumni Relations will NOT have access to your credit card.  All processing will go through IATS.  If you are in need of a refund, it will be sent to you as a check, NOT credited back to your card.



The Floy Lewis Bakes Athletic Complex (fitness center, tennis, volleyball, basketball, indoor pool) will be open at selected times throughout the Weekend.  Check the Registration Center for daily hours of operation. You must be at least 18 years old and complete a pre-screening form to use the fitness center. The Perkiomen Trail runs along the Perkiomen Creek, right behind the Ursinus campus. The trail is a multi-use public space for walkers, joggers, bicyclists, and equestrians.
