High School Sophomores AND Rising Juniors

Ursinus welcomes students in their sophomore or early in their junior year to start the visit process. An information session and a campus tour are ideal ways to see if Ursinus offers what you are seeking in a college. We request that you schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance.

Information Sessions consist of an informal conversation with an admission representative, allowing an opportunity for questions and answers regarding academics, campus life, activities, or any other topic the student would like to discuss about life at Ursinus.

Campus tours, generally one tour guide per family, are lead by our trained and knowledgeable student tour guides. Campus tours typically last about one hour, and you will have the opportunity to see classrooms, dining halls, residence halls, fitness facilities, theaters and performance spaces, science laboratories, and other key locations which may be of particular interest to you.

We offer Information Sessions and campus tours Mondays-Fridays, year round, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Saturday group Information Sessions (9:00 a.m.) are available from mid-September through mid-February. The Saturday Information Session is followed by a group campus tour.

High School Juniors AND rising seniors

In your junior year, it is recommended that you visit when classes are in session. For prospective students in the spring of their junior year through February 15 of their senior year, a personal interview is encouraged. In the fall and spring semesters, you have the option of visiting classes during your visit to Ursinus. In the summer months, classes are not in session, but information sessions, interviews, and campus tours are offered Monday through Friday.

To register for a visit, please go to our Schedule a Visit form. We request that you schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance. We are flexible in scheduling early junior visits for families traveling from a distance.

High School Seniors

Campus visits and admission interviews are strongly encouraged for high school seniors. Campus visits include (but are not limited to) an interview, campus tour, class observation, meetings with professors and coaches, and lunch with a current student. This is an excellent way to get a feel of the Ursinus campus and what we have to offer you as a student.

A personal interview with an admission counselor provides an opportunity for us to get to know you better and for you to get to know us better. Personal interviews are conducted one-on-one but family members are included for questions following the interview.

We offer interviews Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Select Saturday morning visits are also available from mid-September through mid-February. Saturday visits are from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon.

To register for a visit and/or an interview, please go to our Schedule a Visit form. We request that you schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance. If scheduling a campus visit, please try to be as specific as possible.

When scheduling your campus visit, we also recommend that you ask to meet with a Theater or Dance faculty member. Our Admissions Office can assist you with scheduling a time on the day of your visit.
