The best way to find out if Ursinus is the right fit for you is to visit us. We like to think that every day is an Open House here at Ursinus! And if you can't make it our suburban Philadelphia campus, there's a good chance that one of our admission counselors will be showing up in your neighborhood for a college fair.
Take advantage of our visit options to get a personalized perspective on all that you can do as an Ursinus student. A campus visit can be one of the most important activities in your college search.
To register for a visit and/or an interview, use our Schedule a Visit form. Please try to schedule your visit at least two weeks in advance.
High School Seniors
We strongly encourage high school seniors to plan a campus visit and admission interview. This is an excellent way to get a feel of the Ursinus campus and what we have to offer you as a student.
Campus visits include (but are not limited to):
- Admission interview
- Campus tour
- Class observation
- Meetings with professors and coaches
- Lunch with a current student
A personal interview with an admission counselor provides an opportunity for us to get to know you better (and for you to get to know us better). Interviews are conducted one-on-one with the student, but family members are included for questions following the interview.
We offer interviews Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Some Saturday morning visits are also available from mid-September through mid-February. Saturday visits are from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon.
High School Juniors AND Rising Seniors
In your junior year, we recommend you visit Ursinus when classes are in session. During the fall and spring semesters, you have the option of attending classes during your visit. Classes are not in session during the summer, but information sessions, interviews, and campus tours are offered Monday through Friday.
From the spring of your junior year through February 15 of your senior year, a personal interview is encouraged when you visit campus.
High School Sophomores AND Rising Juniors
We welcome sophomores or students early in their junior year to visit us. An information session and a campus tour are ideal ways to see if Ursinus offers what you are seeking in a college.
Information Sessions consist of an informal conversation with an admission representative, allowing an opportunity for questions regarding academics, campus life, activities, or any other topic.
Campus tours are led by our knowledgeable student tour guides. Theytypically last about one hour with the opportunity to see classrooms, dining halls, residence halls, fitness facilities, theaters and performance spaces, science laboratories and other key locations.
We offer Information Sessions and campus tours Mondays-Fridays, year round, between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Saturday group Information Sessions (9:00 a.m.) are available from mid-September through mid-February. The Saturday Information Session is followed by a group campus tour.
