Until the day that I found this internship position on UC CareerNet, I had never before considered becoming involved in marketing. But, during my interview, I was told that Humanus was hiring with a preference for English and Communications majors in its desire for an intern that could write well. Interning with Humanus is one of the best professional experiences that I've had, and I am elated to have been offered (and to have accepted!) a full-time position as the Marketing & Research Coordinator at Humanus after my graduation in the Spring.

Jessica Neuman, '13, contemplates life after Ursinus along with a stunning view of the Grand Canyon. Jess spent July in Arizona training for her Teach for America position. She currently teaches 6th grade in Boulder, Colorado, and says Ursinus and the English major prepared her well for the many challenges she faces everyday.
