Annual fund scholars program

annual Fund Scholars Program

Annual Fund Scholars Pledge Form >

As a supporter of Ursinus College, you are able to make a signficant difference in the life of a student through the Ursinus College Annual Fund Scholars program. The College has historically and continually made a private, liberal arts education available to a wide range of students from across cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds with the goal of shaping a diverse and high-performing student body. By funding a term scholarship through this program, you are affirming thatscholarship support for deserving students continues to be a key priority of the College. You will also know that your philanthropy is making a profound difference in the life of a specific student – the recipient of your scholarship.

As a donor though the Annual Fund Scholars Program, you will be matched with a student who will receive a scholarship in your name or in the name of someone you would like to honor. You may indicate a preference for a student with a specific area of academic interest. The funds will be awarded to a qualified student who demonstrates both academic merit and financial need. We will do our best to award your scholarship to the same student over multiple years, so you will be able to see the student’s progress and the true impact of your gift. We will encourage your student to send periodic updates to you, and we will offer opportunities to meet yourstudent.

To make this difference in a student’s life, we ask a minimum commitment of $5,000 per year for at least five years. Your student will receive a scholarship in the same amount. You will receive recognition as a leadership Annual Fund donor, as well as the knowledge that you are helping make the Ursinus experience, with its abundant opportunities for academic and personal growth, possible for your Scholar.
