Legal Perspectives Presented to HEP Students
Health and Exercise (HEP) students discuss various legal issues surrounding Drugs and Alcohol topics with legal professionals.
Recently, Dr. Denise Felsenstein arranged for students in her HEP-333, Drugs and Alcohol class, to participate in discussions on current legal issues and perspectives related to various drugs and alcohol topics. Unique to this student experience, was the fact the students were able to discuss the legal issues and perspectives directly with legal professionals, Esquire, Robert Angst ’94 and Laurie Williamson, Assistant District Attorney, City of Philadelphia. Students very much appreciated the ability to converse with these professionals on issues dealing with these difficult topics.
