Tech Support continues to be available via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), telephone (610-409-3789), and walk-up service at the Learning Curve in the Myrin Library for all your technology-related needs. If you are experiencing difficulties during a live class session or another urgent matter, please call them as opposed to emailing them to get a timely response.
The Myrin Library has reopened for the Fall semester to current Ursinus students, faculty, and staff. The library hours are subject to change in line with the college’s re-opening plans. You can keep up to date by visiting www.ursinus.edu/library.
If your students are working on digital projects (e.g. creating a website, a podcast, a video), encourage them to make an appointment to meet virtually with a DLA Fellow at https://go.ursinus.edu/DLAFellow. The DLA Fellow can help students choose a specific digital tool, learn how to use the digital tool, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
