Guest and Ticket Information

Our most fundamental obligation is the continued health and safety of all members of our campus community, including you and your guests. In order to mitigate the risk of the COVID-19 virus on campus, each graduate will be permitted to bring two guests to campus for commencement on May 15.

All registered graduates of the Class of 2021 have been issued their tickets to their Ursinus College email account. If you do not see the tickets in your primary inbox, please check your spam/junk folder as many tickets have been filtered there.

Each graduate has pre-registered two guests for the Commencement ceremony. Any guest who has not been pre-registered to attend the ceremony will not be permitted on campus and will be asked to leave. No exceptions can be made.

Ceremony gates will open for guests to begin taking their seats at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 15.

Graduates will receive their guests e-tickets via email from Tix.com, our ticketing services provider. Once you receive them, please distribute them to all of your guests. Tickets will be scanned upon entry and can be physically printed or pulled up on an electronic device.

If you or one of your guests have accessible seating needs, please email commencement@ursinus.edu.

We will continue adhering to current guidelines during commencement weekend, which means that all 2021 graduates and their guests will be required to wear masks for the duration of the time they are on campus. To promote physical distancing during the ceremony, graduates will be seated six feet apart and guests will be seated in groups of two at least six feet apart.

The ceremony will take place outdoors rain or shine and will be streamed live online.
