The Ursinus Fringe Festival is a diverse, vibrant and exciting four-day event that brings cutting-edge, experimental performances and visual arts to campus featuring professional, student and faculty artists sharing their latest theater, dance, music, film and visual art works.  This year’s 21st Annual Fringe will be presented in several forms: on campus, streamed live, and recorded content posted online.

PERFORMANCES of the 24-HOUR Theater Challenge

OCTOBER 3, 2020    8:00PM LIVE ONLINE EVENT Culmination event of the 24-hour play challenge The 24-Hour Theater Challenge is an exciting, fast-paced theater experience! Teams of theater artists (consisting of an actor, a playwright, and a director) will be given a set of instructions and prompts on Friday evening, Oct. 2. The teams will then have 24-hours to write, rehearse, and prepare a performance which will be presented online the following night (Saturday, Oct. 3). The prompts are the same for each team, but the results will prove that artists can move creatively in any direction! Audiences are invited to experience the performances on Saturday night and to find out what the artists have come up with! For more information please visit
