Who’s a Bear?With curious minds hungry for discovery, we work hard to achieve our goals.

Meet the members of the class of 2018.

Our students are intelligent, motivated, and academically curious. A typical entering class includes 475 students, evenly divided between men and women. Fifty percent are from outside Pennsylvania and twenty-seven percent self-identify as students of color.

We attract students with proven success in advanced college prep high school programs and records of achievement outside the classroom.

  • SAT range: 520 - 620 on each of three parts

  • We also have 14 dual citizens with 11 countries represented.
