This award recognizes an accomplished graduate of the past 10 years for significant contributions to and leadership in the recipient’s profession, community and/or Ursinus College.

Congratulations to Caroline Yodice ’15
Recipient of the 2024 Alumni Rising Star Award.

Caroline Yodice '15 Caroline Yodice, Class of 2015, is senior vice president at Manhattan-based public relations firm DBC Brand Communications. She oversees the entire agency and is responsible for client retention and acquisition. Over the course of her 10-year career in advertising technology, Yodice has worked with a wide range of clientele, from small tech start-ups to large international corporations, managing public relations needs from high-profile mergers to crisis communications. In 2021, she directed the successful media strategy announcing a $1.3 billion merger for the advertising platform Innovid.

Yodice credits her Ursinus College experience with inspiring and preparing her for her current success. Her professors in her media and communications studies courses, her work with The Grizzly, and an internship in the summer before her junior year all helped provide the base of knowledge, the love of storytelling, and the focus needed to initiate her achievements in public relations.

Beyond the professional sphere, Yodice uses her skills and experience to support causes and organizations that are meaningful to her. She volunteers as communications director for her county’s democratic committee and previously served as a member of the communications committee for the township of Berkeley Heights, NJ for several years. In 2019, she won the Rutgers Municipal Public Information Contest for “Best Visual Media.”
