Registration will open by August 20. Please note for the safety of the Bear community, we are not accepting walk-on registrations for this event this year. All guests who enter campus must be registered to attend Homecoming by Wednesday, October 16 by 4:30 p.m. For questions, please call the alumni engagement team at 610-409-3585 or email ucalumni@ursinus.edu.
Ursinus welcomes returning alumni for Homecoming who recognize and respect the NCAA Policy on tailgating. Guests who do not conform to this policy will be asked to leave the premises. This policy can be found online at this link and will be enforced throughout Homecoming at beyond.
Before Wednesday, October 16. We recommend registering early to guarantee your spot at Homecoming and so you can coordinate with your classmates and friends.
All online registrations will receive an email confirmation listing all the activities you signed up for. If you don’t receive this email or if you have questions about your registration, please call the alumni engagement team at 610-409-3585 or ucalumni@ursinus.edu.
A final message the week of the event will be sent to all registrants with all the “know before you go!” information.
Show your UC pride with any and all UC swag/apparel, memorabilia from your college years, weather-appropriate clothing, a camera, and a smile!
Dress is casual for all Homecoming events. Ursinus attire is encouraged!
Class of 1974: for your reunion dinner the night before, cocktail attire is suggested.
The Berman Museum will be open between 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.
The Ursinus College Bookstore will be open between 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Collegeville in late October can be warm and clear or rainy and cold. When packing, keep in mind that during the day it could get as high as mid 60’s, but at night could get as low as mid 40’s.
Guests will have a variety of food to select from! We are welcoming the following food trucks to join us at our tailgate:

Guests will be required to pay as they go throughout the day at a variety of local food trucks that best fit their palate. In addition to the food trucks, there will be a complimentary hospitality tent filled with sweet treats. Guests may visit the food trucks as often as they would like.
Homecoming is a rain-or-shine event. Most activities take place in grassy areas and athletic fields. Brick and concrete walking paths provide access to most of the venues; however, wheelchair and walker access may be difficult in a few areas.
Parking at the 9th Avenue lot provides access to an upper and lower brick path which leads to the festivities and games. Golf carts will be circulating around campus parking lots to provide rides for those with limited mobility.

Guests must arrange their own transportation to and from campus. All Ursinus parking lots from both the 5th Avenue and 9th Avenue entrances are available for use. View a campus map or get directions!
You must contact the alumni engagement team at 610-409-3585 to cancel and request a refund before Wednesday, October 16. If you registered online using a credit card, the alumni engagement team will NOT have access to your credit card. All processing will go through Blackbaud. If you are in need of a refund, it will be sent to you as a check, NOT credited back to your card. Refunds will be credited before the end of the calendar year. Thank you for your patience with us during this time.
This year, we are celebrating the following classes at Homecoming: 2019, 2014, 2009, 2004, 1999, 1994, 1989, 1984, 1979, and 1974. Organizational reunions celebrating during Homecoming are Omega Chi and Swimming.

Guests/alumni are not permitted to be on campus after 4 p.m. unless a current, enrolled student registers them as their guest. Alumni are not permitted inside residence halls during Homecoming day.
