Branching Out With the Berman is hosted by Ursinus College history and educational studies double major Katie Sanfield ’23. Using the interdisciplinary nature of Ursinus College’s curriculum, Sanfield explores the Berman Museum’s multi-media installation Strata by Shannon Collis.
The work and legacy of Gilot—turning 99 years old this month—is being celebrated by the Philip and Muriel Berman Museum of Art, which houses one of the largest public collections of her work.
The Philip and Muriel Berman Museum of Art has been reaccredited by the American Alliance of Museums, a distinction earned by a very select number of museums in the United States. The global recognition places it among the top 10 percent of museums worldwide.
