Call for student presentations at CoSA 2018March 16Every April, we reschedule classes for a day so every student can participate in the Celebration of Student Achievement (CoSA). The day is filled with talks, poster presentations, and performances from hundreds of students from every discipline, from first-year students to seniors. Students who present are able to share their work with their fellow students and faculty and gain valuable experience; students who hear a talk or see a performance learn about the wide range of great work their peers are doing and what opportunities are available to them. Students are now invited to apply to participate in this year’s CoSA event here.Deadline: Wednesday, April 4, 2018. More details.

Trans Support GroupFebruary 20
Do you identify as trans, gender non-conforming, or gender-questioning?
Want to share your experience with fellow students who do too?
We’re starting a Wellness group to do just that!
Ursinus’s Wellness Center invites you to join our Trans Support Group. Ursinus students who identify as transgender, gender non-conforming, questioning, or other gender variant identity are welcome to join this is a student-centered support group. We will come together to explore gender identity and support one another on the issues that may impact trans college students.
The first group will be held on the week of March 12 and will aim to run through the remainder of Spring 2018 semester. We are asking for a commitment to attend all groups this semester with the understanding that situations do arise where you may need to be absent. All sessions are free and confidential.
Please email Kristen English, PsyD at email@example.com to arrange a pre-group meeting to discuss whether this group matches our needs!
