  • Graduation Application Deadline

    Congratulations!  Your graduation date is just around the corner and we are looking forward to celebrating this important milestone with you.

    Please note that all graduating seniors must apply to graduate. Students will not receive a diploma if they have not applied to graduate. The Graduation Application is available on the Grizzly Gateway under Self-Service for Students/Academic Planning/Student Planning. On the left there is a graduation cap – under this icon (Graduation Overview) is the application.

    Your full name is listed along with an area for you to list your name as you wish it to appear on your diploma.

    1.            Graduation Term – is the “Commencement” term – Spring 2017

    2.            Complete the Preferred Name on Diploma

    3.            Complete Phonetic Spelling to ensure your name is pronounced correctly at Commencement (for hard to pronounce names).

    4.            Check Degree and Majors (If discrepancies please complete appropriate forms in the Registrar’s Office to have your records adjusted.)

    If you will not be graduating in May 2017 please come to the Registrar’s Office to discuss your plans so that we may adjust your records

    Complete the Graduation Application by January 25, 2017.

  • AMDG 1933 Foundation Scholarship

    January 19

    The AMDG 1933 Foundation Scholarship Fund is seeking applicants for its 2017-18 scholarships. Students must demonstrate financial need and maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Incoming freshmen are also eligible to apply, and must rank in the top 15% of their graduating class. The deadline to apply is March 15, 2017. Learn more about the scholarship by clicking here.

  • Field House Closed

    January 19

    The field house will be closed this Friday at 3 p.m. and reopen on Saturday at 9 p.m.

  • Wismer Menus on Website

    January 18

    Listings from the menu boards in the Wismer dining hall can now be viewed on the website. The web listing shows the current display, so lunch menus can be viewed starting at 11 a.m. and dinner menus at 3 p.m.

  • Coping With Grief: Let’s Support and Learn from One Another

    January 18

    This 8-week Wellness group seeks to support students who have lost a friend or family member. Students will have the opportunity to share their experiences and to support one another in integrating loss into their lives. No prior bereavement counseling experience is necessary, only an interest in connecting with others.

    Approximate start date will be the first week of February and each group meeting will last one hour. If you are interested in attending this group please contact the Wellness Center’s Dr. Kristen English at for more information.
