Coping With Grief: Let’s Support and Learn from One Another

This 8-week Wellness group seeks to support students who have lost a friend or family member. Students will have the opportunity to share their experiences and to support one another in integrating loss into their lives. No prior bereavement counseling experience is necessary, only an interest in connecting with others.

Approximate start date will be the first week of February and each group meeting will last one hour. If you are interested in attending this group please contact the Wellness Center’s Dr. Kristen English at for more information.
