Come and see the Ursinus College Jazz Ensemble perform classic Big Band, modern rock, and more! This group of Ursinus students showcases America’s true art form of jazz in a concert setting featuring the works of Gordon Goodwin, Alan Baylock, Lars Halle, and others. We hope you come and join us for an exciting night of music.
Join us as the world-famous Daedalus Quartet comes to Ursinus for the first time. Praised by The New Yorker as “a fresh and vital young participant in what is a golden age of American string quartets,” the Daedalus Quartet has established itself as a leader among the new generation of string ensembles.
The Ursinus Strings, under the direction of Melinda Rice, return for an afternoon of fresh programming for string ensemble. This concert explores the theme of “fantasy”—cinematic, historical, and of course, musical.
Director Nicole Snodgrass leads the Voices of Ursinus in the first of two musical offerings on this December weekend. This holiday-themed program of choral music from around the world will feature student soloists and the piano stylings of accompanist Greg DiBona.
