I have had close contact with someone who has exhibited the symptoms of COVID19. Should I come to work?

No. Do not come to work if you have COVID19, exhibit any of the symptoms of COVID19, or have had close contact with someone that has exhibited the symptoms of COVID19 within the last 72 hours (3 full days of no fever without the use of medicine that reduces fever). (from the protocol document). You should contact your supervisor and you should remain at home or in a comparable setting and practice social distancing until the suspected case has been found negative or for 14 days, whichever comes first.
