Alumni Career Day and Chemistry Tea

The Beardwood Chemical Society and the Ursinus College Chemistry Department will host the department’s fifth annual Alumni Career Day with a four-speaker panel discussion on careers.

On Friday, September 15th, the Beardwood Chemical Society and the Ursinus College Chemistry Department will host the department’s fifth annual Alumni Career Day.  Four chemistry alumni, representing a variety of career paths, will serve on a panel to discuss career options with current Ursinus students.

  • Andrea Casuras (’13), Rutgers University graduate school
  • Christine Block (nee Kenny, ’99), M.D. practicing in Family Medicine
  • Mary Kate McCrea (’14), Dow Chemical

A reception with refreshments will begin at 3:30 p.m. in Pfahler 209, followed by the panel discussion at 4:00 p.m.

After the discussion, there will be more refreshments and an opportunity for students to meet the panelists.
