Join us for a fitness-based approach to a Vinyasa style of Yoga geared towards athletes.
This free Yoga class is open to all. Taught by Ursinus employee and registered Yoga instructor Dana Roche, it takes place every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. in the main gym. Mats are available in the Fitness Center office
