Floy Lewis Bakes Center Main Gym
Join us for a fitness-based approach to a Vinyasa style of Yoga geared towards athletes. This free Yoga class is open to all and takes place every Wednesday from noon to 1 p.m. in the main gym. Faculty and Staff can receive a Wellness Point after attending six sessions.
Taught by Ursinus employee and registered Yoga instructor Dana Roche.
Mats are available in the Fitness Center office.
