This summer, we’re excited to welcome K-12 educators to the Berman to learn about our exhibitions and collections. Whether you’re planning your field trips for next year or thinking about potential guest speakers for a class, the Berman is a resource for you, and we’re eager to help you create engaging art experiences for your students.

You’ll have two opportunities to join us this summer for a tour of the museum (July 14 and August 18), followed by lunch and conversation with our staff. We can’t wait to build new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and brainstorm strategies to make our museum a better resource for K-12 educators and students in our area. We know that meaningful interactions with visual art can hone students’ skills of observation, critical thinking, and communication, preparing them to be connected and engaged members of our society. We look forward to partnering with you to make such experiences accessible to more students in the year ahead.

Schedule for August 18
Tour: 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Lunch and conversation: 11:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Lunch will be provided by the Berman Museum.
