In conjunction with the Movie on the Lawn on August 12, the Berman Museum will host a free collage-making workshop led by local artist Anna Bockrath. Make your own work of art inspired by the exhibition Christo and Jeanne-Claude: The Tom Golden Collection.

Drop in any time between 5 and 7 p.m. Then head to the Berman Lawn to watch the movie (Zootopia)!

This workshop is suitable for all ages.

Materials will be provided. This event is free and open to the public.

Anna Bockrath

About the instructor: Anna Bockrath is an artist, educator, and textile designer based in Philadelphia. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Fibers and Material Studies at the Tyler School of Art at Temple University, and received a BS in Art Education from Tyler in 2016. With a focus on weaving and collage, she combines natural and found materials to create visual narratives. She is also interested in exploring intersections of weaving with other media such as painting, collage, music, technology, and performance.
