Philanthropy Day 2016

STAT (Students Today, Alumni Tomorrow) treated students to food, activities and performances by Seismic Step, the B’Naturals and the Bearitones in celebration of Philanthropy Day. Students also had an opportunity to write thank-you notes to faculty and staff.
Celebrating Chinese New Year

On Friday, February 5, students from the Modern Languages department celebrated the Chinese New Year. The event was complete with authentic decorations, food and traditional games. The Chinese Lunar New Year is a very important Chinese festival celebrated at the turn of the traditional lunisolar Chinese calendar. February 8^th marks the first day of the Year of Monkey. The Monkey is a symbol of creativity and inspiration in the Chinese Zodiac.

Professor Quin Sun, who organized this years festivities wishes that all Ursinus students achieve their goals in the Monkey’s year!
Fighting for Ophelia’s Kindness Week 2015

Members of Fighting for Ophelia once again chalked the walks with inspirational messages for Kindness Week, one of their signature events.
Fighting for Ophelia is a student-led group working to raise awareness about relational aggression, which is behavior that is intended to harm someone by damaging or manipulating his or her relationships with others.
