Greek Life Highlighted in Myrin Library

A new display on the third floor of the Myrin Library is the home to photos and artifacts that paint a picture of Greek life, past and present, at Ursinus College.

The display on the third floor of Myrin Library is an ode to Greek Life here at Ursinus. Greek organizations are captured throughout time and displayed for current Ursinus generations to appreciate.

The fraternities represented are Alpha Phi Epsilon, Beta Sigma Lambda, Delta Pi Sigma, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated, Phi Kappa Sigma, Pi Omega Delta, Sigma Pi and Sigma Rho Lambda. Of those eight fraternities, five are local and have been on campus since the 1920’s. Three fraternities are national, adding to the diverse and rich Greek life here at Ursinus. The Sororities represented are Kappa Delta Kappa, Omega Chi, Phi Alpha Psi, Sigma Sigma Sigma and Tau Sigma Gamma. Four of these five sororities are local while the fifth is national.

Greek life is one of the oldest traditions of Ursinus College. You don’t even have to be in a sorority or fraternity to appreciate this aspect of Ursinus culture!
