Back to Where it Began at a Recommitment Ceremony

Alumni couples return to campus to recommit to each other where their relationships began.

Ursinus College, home of a “love” sculpture, is known for its alumni couples, boasting 950 such couples nationwide. Some 25 couples returned to where their relationships began on March 13, for a recommitment ceremony and to recognize the important role Ursinus played in both their academic and personal lives.

The Rev. Charles Rice and Rabbi Michael Ramberg presided over the group ceremony in Bomberger Hall. The celebration continued at a reception in the Berman Museum following the ceremony. The event was sponsored by the Ursinus Office of Alumni and Parent Relations. – W.G.
