Professor Ko publishes chapter in Rethinking Race in Modern Argentina
Prof. Teresa Ko has published a chapter in an interdisciplinary edited volume titled Rethinking Race in Modern Argentina. This volume, edited by Paulina Alberto (University of Michigan) and Eduardo Elena (University of Miami), examines the relationship between race and nation in modern Argentina. Prof. Ko’s chapter contribution is titled “Between foreigners and heroes: Asian-Argentines in a multicultural nation” and analyzes cinematic representations of Asian-Argentines.
