Romano is Invited to Address Philosophy Conference

Professor of Philosophy and Humanities Carlin Romano will address the first international conference of the Richard Rorty Society

Romano, who served as assistant to the distinguished American philosopher Richard Rorty while a Princeton undergraduate, will give an invited lecture to the conference of the Richard Rorty Society, scheduled to take place at Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y., Sept. 8 through 10. Romano, who is also the Critic-at-Large of the Chronicle of Higher Education, will speak on “Richard Rorty and the Fach of Philosophy.”
