On November 21st Susan Winters-Griste (’95) spoke to Psychology students about Psychotherapy Careers and Publishing Strategies.
Susan Winters-Griste, LMFT is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She graduated from Ursinus College in 1995 earning a Bachelor’s of Art degree in Psychology. While at Ursinus, Susan participated in the Literacy Program for those in Graterford Prison under the advisement of Dr. England. After graduating from Ursinus, Susan attended Hahnemann University and completed her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1998. She has over 15 years of experience as a clinician working with individuals, couples and families with a focus on the “systemic theory model”. She founded and is owner of Well-Mind Therapy, LLC located in Valley Forge, PA. She is a Clinical Fellow of AAMFT and served on the PA Board of Directors for AAMFT as Chester County Regional Director from 2012 - 2015. In Spring of this year (2016), Susan launched her first book titled, “Take Aways: A Little Book of Reflections”.
