Environmental Action

Ursinus College Environmental Action (UCEA) is a student organization that helps to organize environmental initiatives across campus, while also volunteering time off campus as well.

Previous UCEA event include the following: Owl banding, hiking trips to Valley Forge, steam clean ups, mentoring projects at schools, Waste Watching at Philadelphia Marathon, and planning Earth Day, and much more. The purpose of the organization is to provide a forum for students who are passionate about the environment at Ursinus to meet, learn, act and serve. We work to bring awareness campaigns and service opportunities to the members of our campus and the surrounding community by arranging fun and informative activities, events and trips with the environment in mind. The club is open to all Ursinus students who are passionate about any and all topics regarding the environment, and we encourage them to join us for weekly meetings.
