Managing Stress through Mindfulness & Self-Care Lunch & Learn for Faculty & Staff

This program will provide instruction and resources on utilizing mindfulness methods and self-care practices in order to better manage day-to-day stress.

Join New U on Thursday, February 20 at noon in the Bear’s Den when the Wellness Center will be offering instruction on managing stress through mindfulness and self-care.

Faculty and Staff are invited to bring their lunch and earn a Wellness Point. 

All attendees will be eligible for a raffle prize!
