HEP Student is a Schellhase Ethics Essay Prize Award Winner
The Health and Exercise Physiology Department congratulates Lola Holcomb ’20 on receiving an Schellhase Ethics Essay Prize award. The Schellhase Ethics Essay Prizes are awarded in honor of Richard T. Schellhase, an Ursinus alumnus and Assistant Professor. As the 2nd Prize Winner, Lola received a monetary award, in the amount of $1000.00. The Prize is made possible due to the generosity of Ursinus trustee and alumnus, Will Abele ’61. The essay titled,“Ethical Considerations Regarding Paternalism in Medicine” by Lola Holcomb, is available to read on the Ursinus Digital Commons, as a 2020 CoSA week item.
