New U Wholebeing Virtual Challenges for Faculty & Staff

These self-guided 21-Day Wholebeing Challenges offer lessons and wholebeing practices (habits of awareness for mind and body) that science and studies have shown can help you discover new ways to live life and find more health, resilience, and joy.

How it works:

  • Register for the Wholebeing Challenge below.  (You can register for both Challenges that are offered each month.)
  • When the Challenge begins you’ll receive one email each morning. Read the short lesson and click the button at the bottom of the email to let us know you completed the lesson.
  • Complete 18 of the 21 lessons and you’ll receive a participation gift AND your name will go into a drawing for a larger prize. See the details below.

All participants who complete 18 of the 21 days of the Challenge will receive a participation gift of a B Safe Tool Keychain*** AND will be entered into a drawing to win prizes like a Resistance Band Fit Kit, Nokia WiFi BMI Scale, and a FitBit Inspire HR!

***Participants who enroll in both challenges during the same month may only receive ONE participation gift from the challenges for that month.
