Beginning Monday, September 14th the Business office will be open from 8-4 with a staggered staff to ensure social distancing.
Important notes to ensure social distancing and limit person to person contact:
- We are requesting electronic document submission to the greatest extent possible.
- Check requests can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Signatures/approval still required
- Deadline: Tuesday at noon
- All checks (vendor/faculty/staff) will be mailed. If there is an extenuating circumstance where a check is needed to be picked up (ie seminar speaker etc), please send to email@example.com and arrangements can be made.
- Timesheets should continue to be sent to the Business office by the Friday before payroll processing (calendar forthcoming)
- Due to limited staffing, office hours are being established for drop off and pick up
- Monday - Thursday: 10-12; 2-4
- Friday: 10-12
- Bear Bucks replenishment: Wednesday and Friday: 10-2
