Heart and Muscle Metabolism (HaMM) Laboratory Students Present Research at the Annual Experimental Biology Conference

Health and Muscle Metabolism Laboratory Students present at the Experimental Biology Conference held from April 2-5, 2022 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Experimental Biology (EB) is an yearly conference that presents research in various scientific disciplines.  Participants and attendees include scientists and students from a number of Colleges and Universities, nonprofits, government agencies and scientific industries.  Held in Philadephia, Pennsylvania, from April 2-5, 2022 , the conference  explored current research in anatomy, biochemistry and molecular biology, investigative pathology, pharmacology, and physiology.

The event offers students an opportunity to view and take part in lectures, workshops, symposia, posters presentations and on-site career services. Dr. Steve Kolwicz accompanied HaMM Laboratory students, Erica Locke, Ken Sprankle and Mya Knappenberger to the event where the students had an opportunity to present their research and gain exposure to the broader scientific community beyond the Ursinus Campus. The students enjoyed the opportunity to meet and discuss their research with fellow attendees.
