In the Fall 2016 PhillyX program, I took a Drexel class in scene study, Dr. Keita’s memoir class, and completed an internship with Pig Iron Theater Company, assisting them with rehearsals, stage design and a performance in October. 

The program helped me get to know professionals in the Philly theater community. I also was able to visit theaters and museums in my spare time that helped inspire my memoir writing.
