Application Processing Coordinator and Admission Assistant

I started at Ursinus College in May 2004. I greatly enjoy working in the Office of Admission because in addition to all my duties as an Application Processing Coordinator and Admission Assistant, I get to interact with the student tour guides and the office assistants. I process all incoming first-year, transfer, readmit, and special student applications, and I review all checklist items to verify submitted documents are correct.  Additionally, I assist with monitoring all in-bound admission phone calls to assess the needs of each caller and direct them to the appropriate extension, and help schedule daily campus visits.

Before coming to Ursinus, I was a stay-at-home mom for 18 years raising my two sons.  Returning back into the work place, I worked part-time as a bank teller at M&T Bank.  When the job opportunity arose in Ursinus’ Office of Admission, I was happy to take advantage of the opportunity. I have been part of the team for ten years and look forward to being here another ten.

In my spare time, my husband and I enjoy riding our bikes on the different trails in the surrounding area. I love spending time with my family and friends, and traveling as much as possible.
