Responsible for supporting the operations of the Advancement Department with special emphasis on donor relations.
Doris was hired by President Richter in 1984 and worked in the President’s Office. In 1986, she took the position of Administrative Assistant of College Relations providing support to the Senior Vice President and continued to assist the President’s Office. Duties included working with the Board of Trustees, coordinating the President’s schedule, helping with major advancement events and major college events.
In 2012, Doris assumed the position of Executive Assistant for Development overseen by the Senior Director of Development. She is responsible for supporting the Advancement team with special emphasis on donor relations; managing the cultivation and stewardship needs of alumni, donors, and friends of the College. She also continues to support signature advancement events and provides institutional history, research and guidance to the staff.
Doris does volunteer work and fundraising for the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Doris and her husband John live in Graterford.
