Pamela Panarella

Pamela is responsible for the planning and implementation of a comprehensive plan of programs that strategically engage and provide tangible benefits to the College’s 15,000+ alumni. Serving as an ambassador, she is responsible for collaborating with colleagues in campus-wide offices to create and maintain pathways for alumni participation that advances the mission and goals of the College.


Pamela joined the Ursinus Advancement Department in March 2011 as Director of College Events, where she was responsible for signature college, academic and advancement events. In 2012, she led a college-wide team of staff, faculty and students to plan and execute the Presidential Inauguration. She is an Advancement professional with over 16 years of higher education experience. She previously held the position of Director of Special Events in the Institutional Advancement Department at Immaculata University and was previously the Events Coordinator at Albright College. Prior to her career in academia, Pamela worked as a Marketing and Communications specialist in the energy industry. 

Pamela and her husband, Alex live in Schuylkill County near Hawk Mountain Sanctuary with their three cats, Josie, Zoey and Barney.
