Kimberly Taylor returned to Ursinus in September, 2005 after a decade in private industry.  She is thrilled to be part of the Ursinus family. She earned an M.Ed. from University of Delaware in College Counseling/Student Personnel Administration and served as Assistant Director of Residence Life/Area Coordinator and Assistant Softball Coach at Ursinus from 1992 - 1996.

Dean Taylor’ areas of responsibility include Campus Safety, Prevention & Advocacy, Emergency Management, Student Conduct, and Crisis Response.  She serves as the College’s Title IX Coordinator and Clery Compliance Officer.

An avid Philadelphia sports fan, Dean Taylor is looking forward to another parade down Broad Street very soon. She enjoys playing golf, biking, and spending time with her family which includes her wife, Deb and their rescue vizsla, Sophie.

Dean Taylor says: “The best part of my job is to know that we can make a difference and help a student grow. If our students leave Ursinus more prepared to make the world a better place, we have succeeded.”
