Passionate about helping students recognize their talents Michele assists students and alumni in career planning. She guides individuals during one-on-one appointments and group sessions on a variety of career topics, such as major and career exploration, job and internship search, professional networking, and graduate school investigation. Michele is also actively involved in the planning and implementation of several career programs including an online internship preparation course, an extern program, and a student peer associate team for the office.
Michele joined the Career and Post-Graduate Development team in the summer of 2009 and is very happy to be a part of the Ursinus community. Prior to Ursinus, Michele worked with traditional and adult students at Montgomery County Community College, assisting with academic planning, transfer preparation and student orientations. She also served as a founding member of the Student Support and Referral Team. Additionally, Michele brings with her eight years of teaching and guidance counseling experience in the public school system.
Michele and her spouse live near Skippack Village in Montgomery County with their three sons and yellow lab, Derby.
