The Assistant Dean of Students is a live-in senior member of the Student Affairs staff who co-directs the Institute for Student Success, first-year advising, manages crisis response and works to improve student success and retention.

Dean Bryant returned to her native Pennsylvania in August 2010 when she joined the Ursinus community. She has worked in Student Affairs at the University of Alabama, LeMoyne College and most recently, Southern Methodist University where she served as the Director of New Student Orientation and Student Support. In addition to her role as the Co-Director of the Institute for Student Success, Dean Bryant also works with first-year programs, conduct, and serves as a Duty Dean.
A Crimson Tide fan, Dean Bryant LOVES Alabama football, spending time with her family and friends, and running with her dog, Bear. She, along with her husband and son, enjoy living close to campus and taking advantage of all Ursinus has to offer.
