My scholarly interests center around cultural-historical mediation of human development. Initially this led to research on social development of preschool-aged children. More recently it includes identity development in early adulthood and social dynamics of power and privilege.

Terry Winegar, Ph.D., is a Professor of Psychology at Ursinus College. He received a B.A. in Psychology from St. Ambrose College in Davenport, Iowa.
