Corresponding Secretary, Kappa Delta Kappa Sorority Treasurer, Feminists in Action

I’m actually working on self-initiating my own major in Gender and Sexuality Studies! I love gender performativity and representation of gender and sexuality throughout history. My favorite place in the world is the Metropolitan Museum of Art, which ties in perfectly with all of my interests. Other than that, I can be found in Lower Wismer.

Most Memorable Moment in Class

Presenting my research paper for Dr. O’s class on Terrorism in America at CoSA, alongside everyone else in the class!

I interned at Eleanor Roosevelt’s Val-Kill cottage! I gave tours there and was able to do so much research throughout my time there, including going to the National Archives at the FDR Presidential Library.

How I Stay Involved

I am a facilitator for the History Workshops that the History Department offers every semester to help History students better understand their workload. I am also one of the tutors for the History Help Room, which is somewhat new to the department!

My Experience

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the History Department. The classes offered are so diverse, the professors are so intelligent, and I am always valued on the third floor of Olin.
