Women’s Swim team, Tour Guide, Research in Bailey Lab
I first joined STAT so that I could learn all about the history and traditions of the Ursinus community and spread these to the student body. Throughout my time in this club, I have also been able to make so many great connections with alumni through different networking events such the Brownback Anders dinner and Alumni Weekend. After graduation, I hope to attend medical school and pursue a career in primary care medicine.
My favorite STAT events include Philanthropy Day and Celebration of Lights. Philanthropy Day last year was so much fun; there were trivia games, prize wheels, performances of by many different campus organizations, and many other activities that tied in different philanthropic facts to help the student body learn more about the Ursinus community and philanthropic goals while having lots of fun! Celebration of Lights is an amazing event held in the fall that showcases the traditions of the many diverse cultures of Ursinus students in order to promote love for one another across the campus before the Holiday season.
