Erin is double major in biology and chemistry. She has a passion for science and how it can be used to help people all over the world. She can always be found studying for an upcoming exam in a Pfahler classroom. After Ursinus, she wants to attend graduate school then becoming involved in medical research. She hopes to specialize in Crohn’s Disease and treatments for it and other IBS. She is involved in Student Today Alumni Tomorrow (STAT), undergraduate research under Dr. Ellen Dawley, a TA for biology labs, and a PASS instructor. She joined STAT to become more involved on campus to promote philanthropy and school spirit. She has gained experience in leadership and group work through her extracurricular activities on campus.
My favorite STAT event is the Festival of Lights because it brings together all Ursinus students to celebrate and educate about the many different holidays during winter. It is an event that brings our campus together and promotes diversity within our campus.
