As part of the event technology team, Sue provides leadership for planning and implementing technical support for productions and events hosted in the Kaleidoscope Performing Arts Center and across the campus.
Sue joined Ursinus College in spring of 2018. Prior to joining Ursinus she worked at Steel Owl Productions in South Philadelphia as General and Project Manager running Escape the 1980s and helping create commissioned escape game experiences for clients including Autodesk and The Franklin Institute. Prior to her move to Philadelphia, she was the lighting coordinator at the Zoellner Arts Center of Lehigh University in Bethlehem. She brings over 20 years of experience in the Theatre Industry as a lighting designer, stage manager, and technical consultant to the Kaleidoscope Performing Arts Center. Sue’s industry affiliations include membership in the United States Institute for Theatre Technology (USITT) and Illuminating Engineering Society (IES). In her free time she enjoys traveling, touring museums, seeking out local food, and cooking.
