I was drawn to the position of the Sustainable Food Fellow by my love of cooking and the Food Network show Chopped. I am interested in sustainability because I want to make the Ursinus campus more efficient at being green and sustainable. I also am excited to work with the other fellows and help them bring their project ideas to life.

After Ursinus, I plan on working for a pharmaceutical company either doing research or making medications.
